The beans are soaked in water for three days, dried in the sun for three days, peeled, roasted, ground then you are ready to make chocolate.

It's amazing to see that since chocolate is such a luxury item and the people working them seem so poor! Thanks for sharing :) Maggie
It it gives an opportunity for people to earn a living!

I saw such scenes in Costa Rica.

I places like Ghana, the connection with Cadbury Chocolate is much tighter, because of the Colonial past. I believe and I imagine the company controls the crop from the outset!
