Globular springtails on the Pond Stones (plus a larva?)

These 5 photos are of the globbies on the stones and the edge of the pondwater the stones are in this morning.

Also at the top of the post is some kind of larva, attached to the stone (under the surface).

The frogs will have them if they are still awake - and newts, and I think spiders that hunt will eat them too!
