Clicking on that link get an error :

This might mean that the video is not set for the public as one needs to have an account on Flicker, with is not my case…
If that video is not public, embedding will fail in forums…

May I suggest to try https://vimeo.com it is a very professional video platform, we use it exclusively and intensively…
There's a free account (I don't know the limitations of the free version…)
