A rare sight, where I live.

Common and mundane object elsewhere..

On the other hand..common sight for me..in my backyard..
But elsewhere..not really.

Without specifically defining the parameters of what is ' common ' or ' mundane '; it is like I said
..depends.

Is a camera a common or mundane object? I have to ask where and to/for whom?
Is a wash basin, a sink, beautiful set of knives and forks, beer bottle discarded..common and mundane sight?
Depends.

A "beer bottle discarded" would be the archetype! The Leica camera, never!

I asked earlier about if the mundane objects had to be as found, or could we have set them up creatively for the photo. I guess I have a pretty mundane life, as I seem to have many photos using everyday objects. Since I didn't get an answer, I'm going to post, but if this is not what was intended for this thread, simply delete my post. Thanks :)

Maggie, in simplicity is elegance. In simplicity is grace. In simplicity is the meaning for us all.

And Mark's window...beauty in its simplicity.

Thank you both for sharing.
