This man is immensely patient. I don't know what hour he starts but he walks up and down the median before a traffic light for most of the day every day offering his toilet plungers to motorists stopped for the light. He is there every day of the week except Sunday.

I have never seen plungers with such a pump. Such a simple advance it is it common?

Target in the USA, at least has simpler plungers and no pump! There are a new wave of air pressure plungers but all with milder shaped applicators and seem pretty advanced designs here on Amazon

Your guys plungers seem perfect for the job. I imagine he might even assemble them himself

If he assembles them himself he must work at night because he is there on the median most of the day.
