Have you ever seen a nest?

I read up on this! These are huge birds, some 18”-19” long I just discovered!

Isn’t there a pretty little hummingbird with a brush tail like that ,or am I mistaken?

In Spanish they are called barranqueros because they nest in holes they excavate in barrancas or earthen banks, often roadside. Yes I have seen the holes but the nest is pretty far inside. Quite right about the hummingbird. it is the Booted Racket-tail.

I wonder whether the same gene selection occurs for such a specific change?
