I'm not sure if I had mentioned previously . . .
. . . but Anne and I have a huge "crush" on our life in Central America - - - and so have made the decision to live there for much of the year - coming back home to Canada for only around 3 months in the summer, to spend time with family and friends.
And so we are heading back to Nicaragua in about a month and a half.
The 5 months that we were there during the trip this post is about, didn't touch the endless possibilities of stories and images that we will be putting together. We made many contacts where our ideas will be fulfilled on our return.

And so I have been very busy the last month and a half designing and building a brand new website with a brand new domain name
http://travelvirgins.net (I tried purchasing the .com version from the domain name owner and couldn't get my hands on it unfortunately).
What I have done with this new fresh build, is put all journal posts and photos from all years since we began in 2008, into one contiguous database. In this way everything we have posted is within easy access.
We will be providing travel information such as hotels, hostels, restaurants, etc - with out personal experience with such location - for any wishing to travel to these destinations or others that we travel to in the future.
Unfortunately the change in domain name from asifweknow.com to travelvirgins.net, will mean that some of the links in the posts I have made on the forum - will not work properly. I have however built a
directory where all posts should be easy to get to at the new site.
Hopefully those who have followed will keep on doing so. I will continue making my "photography related" posts here on the forum. Although, I am only able to include a few photos with each post - whereas all of them are available for viewing in the PHOTOS section of the new site.
I will be 100% Micro Four Third shooting this year and will be attempting more mixed media with video, sounds and stills. It will be an interesting challenge refining these techniques. My current gear are couple of Olympus Pen cameras. I am very comfortable with both, for their light weight and inconspicuousness.
