Yes Asher. In the US we have all had our braces as kids. Here in Colombia you won"t see any kids with braces but lots of people in their twenties with them. That's because, except for the wealthy parents can't afford them and children have to wait until they're older and have a job in order to pay for them.

In the UK, when I grew up, we never saw such things. My first introduction was in the USA. I was shocked when the dentist wanted to move around my second sons teeth!
