Tell us more about this brightly colored bird. Is this a seasonal special yellow breast coloring or the Inca Jay?

Asher I can't tell you about the distinction. There are many subspecies. This one is common in Colombia but sort of like Ceder Waxwings in the US in that they are nomadic so you can't count on seeing them at a given locality. They come to my place for the cracked corn I put out for other species.
