I’ve got it now!
I discovered that “up cycle” can mean repurposing items. So is it the hat perhaps, that might be either vintage, for men or both?

Hi Asher
Used clothing among women is a big trend for many. The last post Fancied the lady has a blog about it, so they create their own fashion from used items. This was outside a busy used clothing store for women. I have seen line ups outside in many communities and in the U.S too.
